Note: Refund and Exchanges

We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged, incorrect size, or incorrect design. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at fraudcsr@gmail.com

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at fraudcsr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Note: Don't forget to send us photos of the defect 

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Partial refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at fraudcsr@gmail.com.
